Returns & Refunds Policy

At TidyAura, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in original packaging (including any accessories, inserts, and labels).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your return does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to issue a refund.

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, washed, or assembled

  • Any item returned without original packaging or missing parts

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video showing the issue and packaging (outer box + product)

We’ll review quickly and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4) How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

If approved, we will send return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay processing.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage/defect/incorrect item, TidyAura covers return shipping where possible or issues an alternative resolution.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, preference, ordering the wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary)

7) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

8) Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately at support@tidyaurashop.com.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

9) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/PayPal/card account again

  2. Contact your payment provider (some refunds take extra processing time)

  3. If you still need help, email us at support@tidyaurashop.com
