2) Products, Availability & Order Acceptance

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product specifications without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders at any time, including after an order confirmation, for reasons such as:

  • Inventory/fulfillment limitations

  • Issues with payment authorization

If we cancel an order after payment is taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or may be charged by your local customs authority depending on your country.

International orders: You may be responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees required by your country. These charges are not controlled by TidyAura and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

4) Shipping & Delivery

We ship to multiple countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and/or on our Shipping Policy page and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or factors outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery (or as permitted by local consumer law).

5) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

6) Product Use & Safety

You agree to use products only as intended and in accordance with any instructions or warnings included with the product. TidyAura is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

7) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Are valid only for the period stated

  • Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

  • May exclude certain products or collections

  • May be modified or cancelled at any time

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable unless required by law.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to TidyAura and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9) User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant TidyAura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and store operations. You confirm you have the rights to share it.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or violates these Terms.
