If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to that destination.
2) Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If we experience high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. The estimates below begin after your order has been processed.

5) Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes depending on your country.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
7) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit numbers).
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).
8) Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Check safe drop-off locations around your property

9) Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged/defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tidyaurashop.com with:

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
10) Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately at support@tidyaurashop.com.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
